Olivier, originally from Cameroon, came to Belgium to study sales engineering at Ichec Brussels Management School. After graduating he was not able to keep his residence permit, resulting in 14 years of living as an illegal immigrant in Belgium. Despite this setback, Olivier embraced the challenge and used this time to privately teach and most of all empower hundreds of students to help them live up to their potential. This made him realise that enabling empowerment was his true calling.
Being a life coach, brief therapist and Ericksonian hypnotherapist, Olivier helps people discover and polish what he calls their ‘inner ruby’. By working in multicultural Brussels he has developed a unique view on the world: considering it to be a universal choir that needs each individual voice, male or female, black or white, Christian or Muslim, straight or gay to create a beautiful sound. Olivier profoundly embraced cultural diversity and believes that every human being has something special to bring to the table. Starting from his experience as a coach, he engages and motivates people towards behaviours that enable inclusive organizational cultures.
