Women in leadership

Women in leadership are often in a minority position. Because they are stimulated to adapt to the masculine leadership model, they can tend to overemphasize their masculine side resulting in loss of authenticity and sometimes fundamental imbalance.

Female managers experience doubts about the effectiveness of their leadership style as they receive or ask less feedback that helps them grow as a leader.

We have experienced that training female managers is highly effective in their development and empowerment. Setting up a specific development program for female managers will prove to be crucial in attracting and keeping talented women.

Attracting and retaining women is one of the pillars of any gender balance action plan. Our program empowers women to take control over their career development.
