Centre for Balanced Leadership SHINE is a program developed to encourage women to pro-actively manage their careers in order to empower them to move forward.


SHINE – A PROVEN CONCEPT
Centre for Balanced Leadership have developed a program to empower women to take their career to the next level.

This program was followed by +1000 women in Belgium and throughout Europe, both in open format and through extensive in-company programs. Our program has proven results both in short and long term impact on the development of women’s careers.

WHY A PROGRAM FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF FEMALE TALENTS?

Engage – retain - empower

Many companies are struggling with the “female talent pipeline”: women are not advancing at the same speed as men; they seem to get stuck at certain levels and /or departments, they might appear less on talent lists or they might leave the company before making it to management positions.

Positive effect on gender diversity
As clearly demonstrated in The Women Matter reports of McKinsey, the most effective measures promoting gender diversity focus on women’s development. Thus women’s development programs are a key driver for more gender balance and increased company performance.

HIGH IMPACT TRAINING AND COACHING

The standard program consists of a 2 days training Optional: individual coaching sessions as part of the personal development plan (450€ per session).
The in-company program consists of a 3 days training (2 + 1 follow up day after 4 months), possibly combined with individual coaching.
Ideal group size is 8 to 10.

The training and coaching sessions can take place in Dutch, English and French.
Our coaches/consultants are experts in leadership development, Balanced Leadership, personal development and organizational change.
